At the heart of The Crystal Cove is a simple but powerful belief: healing is a journey of mind, body, and soul — and everyone deserves a space to remember who they truly are.

I’m Nez, founder of The Crystal Cove, and my path here has been shaped by a lifetime of both personal growth and professional dedication.

A mother to three amazing Neurodiverse children, I have spent over 20 years immersed in the worlds of psychology, healing, and real-world emotional support — from mentoring in prisons, working with vulnerable individuals in crisis as an Appropriate Adult, to offering perinatal mental health support with Mind UK.

My early work focused on creating a bridge between fitness and emotional wellbeing, blending physical health (as a qualified Rebounding Instructor) with the deeper healing work of psychology and energy medicine.

Driven by my passion for crystals, energy healing, and holistic transformation, I opened The Crystal Cove to offer a 360° spiritual service — a place where ancient energy meets the modern soul.

I bring not only professional qualifications — a Psychology Diploma, Reiki Mastery, and over two decades in the crystal industry — but also lived experience: rising from a background of abandonment, adversity, and rebuilding to become a strong, independent woman, raising and supporting a neurodiverse family, and empowering others to find their strength too.
