1. About Our Products

Our crystals are natural gifts from the Earth. Each stone is unique and may display natural inclusions, variations in colour, size, shape, and surface texture. These natural features are part of their beauty and authenticity and are not considered flaws.

Please note that photographs on our website are taken under professional lighting and may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, and angles. No two crystals will ever be exactly alike, and sizes are approximate. The true beauty of crystals is often far greater than a photo can capture.

2. About Our Services

The Crystal Cove offers complementary therapies, including crystal-infused Reiki sessions, spiritual counselling, and intuitive guidance.

These services are intended to support emotional, energetic, and spiritual well-being. They are complementary therapies and are not substitutes for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult your GP or healthcare professional for any physical or mental health concerns. Our practitioners do not claim to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions.

We are proud to be members of and approved by the UK Reiki Federation, upholding professional and ethical standards in all our healing practices.

3. Orders, Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged or defective. In this case, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue.

  • Jewellery and crystal sales are final. Due to the energetic nature of crystals and the personal use of jewellery, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

  • Refunds (for damaged or defective products) will be issued in the form of store credit, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Store credit must be used within 24 months (2 years) from the date of issue.

4. Jewellery Care

Our crystal jewellery is handcrafted with love and care. To preserve its beauty:

  • Remove jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.

  • Avoid direct contact with perfumes, oils, lotions, and hairsprays.

  • Store jewellery in a soft pouch or separate compartment to prevent scratches and tangling.
    Normal wear and tear over time is natural and not considered a fault.

5. Postage & Delivery

  • All parcels are sent via tracked mail for your security and peace of mind.

  • Shipping options will be available at checkout, allowing you to choose your preferred method.

  • International orders: Please contact us directly before purchasing so we can provide a tailored shipping quote. International shipping is handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

  • We will never share, sell, or distribute your information to any third parties.

  • Any information shared with us during sessions, bookings, or transactions is treated with the strictest confidentiality.

  • All client records are securely stored and handled in accordance with UK data protection laws (GDPR).

7. Complaints Policy

We are committed to providing excellent service.

If you have a complaint or concern, please contact us by email or via the Contact Us form.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to provide a full response within 14 working days.

All complaints will be handled respectfully, professionally, and fairly.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our prior written permission.

9. Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in GBP (£). We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, or availability of products and services without prior notice.

10. Booking & Appointments

Bookings for readings, therapies, or events can be made by phone, WhatsApp, email, or Instagram message.

Appointments are confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Crystal Cove is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products or services.
